They wanted to build a new robust and scalable application that included all of the capabilities critical for their business. Client was managing their construction activities using a legacy system that was inefficient and lacking in capabilities.

We developed a web based collaborative solution to allow managing construction activities. We migrated data from client's legacy software to new system. We developed integration tools for integrating client's sales and accounting systems with construction management solution. New application helped client increase efficiency in managing construction schedules, reduce timeline for completing construction, and save over $5 Million every year on time and labor.
